   Her tone was not one of surprise, but
   more along the lines of admiration; the
   man who just kept on running had once
   stopped to stare at the simple beauty
   that a night sky could hold. Clara jumped
   in excitement, hurrying to grab one of the
   coats that she usually left hanging over
   one of the coral beams. Her features
   were just beaming as she put it on, 
   turning around to then catch his gaze.

   ❝ Mum did this once… Well, not like this
      but she told me she saw the whole
      galaxy. I’ve always wanted to see it,
      and I can’t believe I finally get to! ❞ 

             The Doctor didn’t actually believe it  was
             possible for her mother to see the whole
             galaxy from Earth’s sky. The light  of  all
             stars  from  the  entire  galaxy  wouldn’t
             reach Earth  on  their  normality.  But  of
             course he wasn’t going to  say  that.  He
             just nodded and  kept  smiling,  to  keep
             the moment just as good as it was.
             This was a nice place to go; some might
             say  it  was  rather  romantic.  Nah.  Just
             seeing the stars during  the  night   away
             from civilization; the two of  them staring
             at the beauty of a teeny  tiny part  of  the
             universe, nothing  to  distract  them,  nor
             worry. What’s romantic on that?

            He put his coat on after checking everything
            once the usual groaning noise coming  from
            the engines stopped and offered his hand to
            her with a huge smile. 

                    ❝Your turn to see the stars.❞ 

                                                             ❝Allons-y?❞
